I have a form that I'm using as a part of registration. Within this form I have a dynamic QR code widget that collects all of the information I will be needing.
I would like to export this information along with the QR code into an excel document in order to use for mail-merge name badges. However, when I export to excel, HTML, or any formats that are provided the QR codes are lost and only a blank excel column named "QR code" appears with no code.
Do you have a solution?

I took a look at your account and I can only see this form: 52845201453147 being shared with you by GrangeInsurance account.
Looking at it however I do not see any QR code widget on the form, but I do see that there were quite a few changes in last 2 hours, so I presume that you have removed the same from the form.
Please do let us know if you restore the widget and still require the same assistance, but feel free to let us know if you happen to have any additional questions as well.
