I run an online ESL Conversation school. I have time slots that customers can choose to have a class with me. They click on a class time which routes them to a registration page (jot form produced) and pay for the class.
My question is, how can my web designer automatically receive notification from that a payment has been made so that she can disable the class time that was paid for so another student doesn't register for that same time class and be double booked?
From what I understood you have time slots and only one person can register for that slot.
Considering that you want to notify your webdesigner you can just setup an email notification add his email to it:
