Difficulty with emails from JotForm, potential access issue as well

    We are not currently receiving embedded applications in the emails Jotform sends us when we get new submissions. Instead, the body of the email will read "undefined." In addition, one applicant has had difficulty accessing our form. We have explored the issue by attempting to access and submit applications on several browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari), and all browsers worked for us.

    The form itself appears to be working, however, when I checked the email notification for your form, the body of the email does indeed appear to be blank:

    I am not sure if this form was cloned from another from but if you create a new notification for your form, the data should come through once again:


    If they do not come through properly after creating a new notification, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
