I have tried to use all of the different options to embed my form including iFrames and the Wordpress plugin but it will not display the form.
It leaves space like it is going to load but then never does.
It seems to display fine on a MAC and on mobile devices but not on a PC. Any thoughts would be much appreciated!

I checked your website http://nuartgraphics.com/wordpress/request-a-quote/ using desktop browser, and I can see and use your embedded form http://www.jotform.us/form/51204881905151 on it.
Can you please try testing also using different desktop browser. Perhaps it was just and issue with your desktop browser.
Please let us know if issue persist.

Just like Jonathan I could also access and use your form:
Please try embedding your form again using the iFrame method but without the script part, as seen in the example bellow:
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://secure.jotform.us/form/51546520989162" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1389px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
