How do I create folders and move forms into folders via the PHP API?

Hi. I have a multi-tenanted web-app which requires an application form for each tenant. These application forms may have multiple versions based on a single central template which changes over time.

I want to use the Jotform API to create folders for each tenant and clone the central template once for each tenant into the tenant folder (so that everything is neatly organised).

I am not able to find any documented API calls to create folders or move forms from one folder to another.
