Adding multiple fields

    Hey hey,

     

    I want to make a form that when you enter a specific number, duplicate fields will show up. Like example:

    Company Product Amount

    Add More? • Yes • No

    How Many = 3

    Company Product Amount

    Company Product Amount

    Company Product Amount
