My membership form is missing the submit button once it is uploaded to the website

Asked by ACTWildlife on October 13, 2015 at 07:48 PM

    Hi,

When I upload to the website the submit button is missing.

I am copying all the code to embed.

At one stage there were two forms appearing and the second did have a submit button but that disappeared at the next update of the website (hence the current comment above the form about two forms, but it disappeared!)

    Any ideas please?

    regards,

    Marg

    Hi Marg,

I can see the submit button on your site. This is how it appears on my end using Chrome browser running on Windows.

If it appears different on your end, I suggest to re-embed your form using iframe embed code. This should help https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

Let us us know if the problem still persist after that. Thanks!
