Continue forms later is not working properly

My other question is in regards to caching. I have my forms set up to allow for users continuing forms later (staying in the browser storage for 1 week). However, the customer that had this issue reports that when they closed the page out and reopened the link, none of their information was there. I am wondering if this is because the form is lost in limbo (since the customer did press Submit to complete the form). Can you shed any light on why they wouldn't be able to see their previously entered data?

The save data if you have enabled the Auto Fill feature in JotForm will only be viewed when the user accessed the form on the same computer and browser. If he/she tries to access the form in other computer or browser the data will not be loaded. Also if the user submits the form then the data will be cleared on the browser cache.
