The forms look fine in the JOT interface, however when the clients recieves them, all she gets is UNDEFINED and if I export to PDF from within JOT the PDFs are garbled.  Please address.  The client is questioning my abilities and this is making me look REAL bad.

    Hello mkenny,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

I did check your form's notification email alert and found that it is not configured correctly. The content of the email template itself displays "undefined" text. That is the reason why the submission emails received by your client displays undefined content. Please check the screenshot below:

To solve this issue, I would suggest you to please delete the existing email alert and add a new one. The following guides should help you:

    Delete email alert:  http://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder

    Add email alert:  http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

Coming back to your second question:  Are you trying to export your submission to PDF or downloading the form as PDF? I did try to download the submission PDF as well as form PDF and it seems to work as expected. Please check the screenshot below:

Please explain your question a bit more in detail and we will surely help you. As we can only answer one question per thread, I would suggest you to create a new thread with little more information.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!
