Reset form count.

Hi, I was testing out my form auto responder.  I shut off SSL but apparently all 3 were still marked as SSL.  I have now set up a clone form for testing, but is there a way to reset the 6 to 3?

(Note:  I am still planning to purchase a premium plan should we hit 10, but as its a charity we are trying to spend as little as possible, at least until we know the site is being used)

Hello, the form count works on the number of submissions you receive on each type of form. Not on the number of forms of that type you have.

You must have recieved 6 SSL submissions, if you have removed secure form links from your website, then you will not get any additonal SSL submissions no matter how many forms you creates. So , there really is no need to reset that count which will be reset to 0 on Feb. 1st anyway.

Please let me know if you think I have misunderstood your question.

I think you did misunderstand my question.

I had received 3 SSL submissions.  I then had decided to set up an auto-responder.  Once set up I wanted to test it out, so I unchecked "secure form" and send 3 tests after making various tweaks.

For some strange reason, the forms went through SSL anyway bringing the 3 to 6.  I cloned that form, and re-enabled SSL on the original one.  I continued testing through the cloned one which did not result in extra SSL.

I simply want to know if the 6 can be reset to 3 as it was some sort of bug that sent them through SSL anyway.

Thanks for your explanation. I have now cleared your SSL Submissions so it should be fine now. Note that, we can only do this once. Please let us know if you have further questions. Thank you so much!
