i was cancelled due to a paypal problem ... how can I get resubscribed?

Paypal has been giving me problems and my subscription was terminated here.  How can I get back up?  Did I lose my forms?  I have a good payment option - not sure why paypal said i did not.  I have to work that out with paypal but in the meantime I need to resubscribe and hopefully I didn't lose my forms!!!

No, you don't lose your forms or data when you downgrade. We keep everything safely. Only problem that can happen is that if you go over your monthly limits, you account might get overlimit and your forms might stop working until the 1st day of the next month. 

I checked your account. Your are fine with the free plan. You don't need to upgrade at all.
