Is there a option so that if some one fills out the form, 2 people from the staff will get a mail? Then Approve the request?

    Hello,

Is there a option so that if some one fills out the form, 2 people from the staff will get a mail. with in the mail a link to Approve the request. If the request is approved it will be sent to the person that will action the request.

    Regrads,

    Florian

No, it is not possible to do exactly as you want it. However, I think something similar can be accomplished using the "edit link" feature.

When someone submits the form, you can add an {edit_link} tag to the email message. This would turn into a link that can be clicked by the person who receives the email. Then this person can change things on the form.

To add an edit link to a form email, open your form on the Form Builder and then:
    1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
    2. Click on "Email Alerts",
    3. Select "Notification",
    4. Add {edit_link} to the body of the email
    5. Finish and Save your form.

You should probably have a status field on the form so that the person who edits the form can add an "Approved" message there.
