Your original subject was "Translator", but I presume that you are looking for a way to translate your forms.
If that is so, please do follow the steps here: How to make your forms multilingual?
Now as I started replying I have noticed that your account is marked to be suspended. After looking into this for you, I see that you are asking for credit card details on your form, which is the reason why.
Please remove these fields from your form. I will check tomorrow and remove them for you to make sure that your account does not get suspended which will happen if they stay.
Phishing You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form is created or JotForm is found to be used to: Obtain credit cards sensitive information, get social security numbers, show content with child pornography. Or if a form was made to steal user login credentials. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the guilty forms will be suspended immediately

Please note that as mentioned yesterday, since you have not removed the fields, the same fields have been removed from your two forms:
Check In Form
The same is with the data that was captured over these fields.
If you add them back, please do note that this time your entire form would be deleted or your account suspended.

Why did you remove those fields?
All I wanted to know is if I could translate them. I need the options as to where they can upload their credit card as this is a remote check-in. If I cannot do this please let me know as soon as possible so I may go to another provider who I can do this with as this is critical.
Please do not delete nor remove these fields.

I have removed the fields as per my comment earlier on on this same tread.
You can accept payments only by using our payment tools, but you are in no manner allowed to get the raw details related to credit cards - such as name, expiration date, number, security number, etc.
If any such fields are found on the form, we should suspend account on the spot. I did give you one day to make the change yourself, but as that was not done I have removed the same fields.
This is against most if not all form builders polices since that is always abused and as we care for security and privacy of people filling out JotForm forms, we do not allow the same.
Please do note that next time your forms will be removed instead of fields being removed only.
