We don't receive the notifier

    I know, there are many who had the same problem, and I tried all your solutions, but it doesn't works. I don't know why, I also contactet the server support, they told me, that the server don't receive any email from noreply@jotform.com . The email which should receive a notifier is info@eurotransport.ch . You will find the form at http://www.eurotransport.ch/offertanfrage.htm

    We have also two other receiver, and they get the notifier.

    I suppose that the server from cyon.ch isn't ready for you, but I can't proof it to them. They told me I should use another form creator.

    If you can tell me, what I have to do, or tell them, it would help. Maybe there is another fault. Pls help. Many thanks in advance

    I did check our mail logs it seems the sending failed and was placed on the bounce list. It appears the domain is not being properly recognized by our mailing sever

    We can send to .ch domains without any issues.

    Kindly try adding the domains in the guide below to the mail server white-list then test again, I have removed the email from the bounce list to facilitate the testing.
