Automatically translate responses and send to email

Is it possible, or can you make it possible to translate then email the entire submission?  Like run the whole thing through a translator before it gets emailed?  That would be so awesome!  My crews type in Spanish responses in description of work and customer needs to see it in English.  Can you help?

At the moment we do not have the provision for translating the for data upon submission or emailing.

I would recommend using the google translator to translate the typed text then inputting the translated text into the form.
