If you need more submissions, you can either do the "Get More" tasks in your account:

Or you can upgrade to one of our subscriptions:

https://secure.jotform.com/pricing

Our submission limits reset on the 1st of each month.  Deleting submissions will not clear space for more.  The limits are per month, if you need more than 100 in a single month, one of my previous suggestions is the only one to get more.
