I checked your other account and it looks like it was suspended by our automatic phishing detector. Occasionally when forms are created in languages other than English, our phishing detector interprets them as phishing forms and wrongfully suspends the account. To prevent this from happening, I would suggest using the form translation tool when creating any new forms:
