I can't add a payment option because it says I already have one

hi im trying to drag and drop payment option onto my form but it says i cant have more than one. but i dont have one yet?

Your last form ID is http://www.jotform.co/form/52865762159871 and you are actually using a Purchase Order payment tool in this form. If you would like to use Paypal, for example, you have to remove this Purchase Order first.
