I tried to change the recipient e-mail by going to Form Builder, but the Set up tab does no show anywhere. Is this a services available only for paid accounts? I am still using a free account.

This feature is available on free accounts. Please follow the steps below in order to change the email recipient for the notifications.
1. On the Form Builder, please click the "Emails" button then select the notifier.
2. Click "Reply-To and Recipient Settings" button.
3. At the bottom right, you can change the recipient email address.
4. Click the "Finish" button.
