for instance, if the form is a job application and the person enters the name Joe Smith in the name field, can we make it so the subject line of the email we get on our end from the submittal says "Joe Smith" in it?

Yes, that is possible. You can include a field answer in the email subject line. Please follow the steps below in order to do that.

    1. You need to get the Field Name by click the "gear" or "option" icon and then select "Show Properties". You need to copy the Field Name, in this case it is {fullName}.

    2. Now you need to go to the notifications by clicking the "Emails" button and selecting the notifier.

    3. In the Compose Email builder, please edit the subject line by adding the field name {fullName} on it. Click the "Finish" button when you're done.
