Hello:
Hoping you can help.
1) Can you tell us how to add a line of white space after each of our bulleted items. Ive tried a few different things and even added <br> into the html code. But that does not work. We would like spacing in between each of the bulleted items.
2) How do we get rid of so much white space at the top and bottom of the form?

Thanks for your help.

Hi,
You can just press Enter twice to add a space in between your bulleted list. See demo below.
Here is a sample cloned form hat I have used for testing - https://form.jotformpro.com/52871461343960?.
Regarding your second concern, I have moved your concern to a separate thread so we can better assist you. You can check the thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/681837. We will attend to your concern on that thread as soon as possible.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.
