The clients 1 paragraph of text disappeared when attempting to upload his file and the page crashed. Is there a way the text can remain until the client actually hits the submit button?

I told them for now to upload directly to Dropbox since I don't want them to become frustrated.

    Thank you,

    Hi,

I checked your form - http://www.jotform.us/form/52838862633162 and I noticed that there is no file upload field in your form? Have you removed the field? Can you try to add again the file upload field and then embed your form using the iFrame embed method and see if your form will work now in you website? You can get the iFrame embed code of your form by following the instructions in the screenshot below.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hi Christian,

I added the upload form and used Iframe to paste the code. Here is what is happening.

When the page refreshes or if the upload stalls all of the user text input vanishes. Is there a way the text and drop down choices can remain in case there is a glitch in the upload?

I want the form on my site to behave like JotForm where the text remains if there is a a need to refresh or something goes wrong.

To reiterate. The form upload works. Occasionally for whatever reason there will be an upload error and the page refreshes. At this point is where there user loses all of his input selections and text.

    Thanks

I think there is a conflict between the jotform and wix JS libraries , I would recommend you to remove the coding between the <script> tags and live just the code between the iframe tags

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.us/form/52838862633162" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:781px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
