I paid but it still does not work what is going on?

    So I paid Subscription Payment Sent (Unique Transaction ID # 7EK05467H06760807) but still can not acept any more new submissions to the forms I creat what is going on here paid for the year on top of that. Do I need to file a paypal disput?

    There is no reason, account related, why your forms shouldnt be accepting any new submissions.

    Can you explain a little further about the problem is that your are seeing?

    Can you provide a URL showing where this problem is happening?

    CHeck my account it say you reach your limit upgrade I already did prior to the notice stil no luck.

    Can you please try logging out of your JotForm account and logging back in to see the change in status of your account?

    Let us know if there is any further problems from there.

    Ok it works now when I first paid I logged out and logged on a different computer. But now it works thanks.
