    1. You can allow your users to save a form and continue filling it later by following this guide:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/97-how-to-save-forms-to-continue-later

This methods requires two forms - one that will capture the user's unique piece of information, such as their email address, and a second (main) form that will be asking all the questions. The user's email address from the first form would be used as a session for the second form, until the main form is finally Submitted.

This method allows the user to continue filling out their form from any other device or browser, as long as they use their special link with their session from the first form to continue filling out their form. Please read more about this method in the guide linked above.

    2. We also support a different method of saving a partially filled form, called the Auto Fill:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature

The Auto Fill method is easy to set up and is seamless to the user - user doesn't have to use any special links or their email address. However, this method is tied to the same browser on the same device where users have started to fill out the form. In other words, they can only continue filling out the form on the same browser where they have started it, if saved with the Auto Fill method.

please let us know if you need further clarifications or assistance, and we'll be happy to help.
