    Hello everybody!

I have a little problem and i don't know how to solve it. The case is the following:  I want to build a form where i can include a Payment method, but also i want to add some questions to obtain the billing information as it can be Name, Adress, E-mail, etc...

    The problem is the next.

-If i create a form with questions and without the Payment method , when someone presses the submit button i receive an e-mail with the information.

-If i create a form with questions and the Payment method , when someone presses the submit button,  the person is redirected to Paypal, to pay the service, but i don't receive any e-mail with the information.

So the quetion is, is there any way or any solution to be able to receive the information of the questions once / at the same time the payment is done?

    Thank you in advance!

    Sincerely, M.

Sometimes the users payments may fail or they may not follow through with the payment.

When this happens jotform will classify the submissions under incomplete payments in the submissions section.

Incomplete payment will not send email alerts by default.

You can enable email notification on incomplete payments by enabling this option in the properties for your PayPal widget.

If possible could you set a test amount (1USD) on you form so I can test the payment submission using your form on my end.
