    How do i set my form up so one party fills it out submits it then i complete the rest of the form for final submital ?

    I also want to be able to hide the fields that the first party does not need to see and only the second party sees it

    This can be achieved with the help of Condition Wizard and Form collapse to hide fields in group. Since the details you provided are limited, I just created a sample form.

    Here's how it works: 

    So basically, a code needs to be entered first to view fields that should only be available for the second party.

    Here's how I designed the form: 

    Every Form Collapse on the form is set to have a property of Visibility: hidden and Status: open.

    And as for the conditions:

    Also, this would all be possible with the help of the "Edit Submission" link that will be included in the email notification that you will receive when the first party submits your form.

    Clicking the Edit Submission link, will let you edit the submission's current answer and resubmit it after completing it.
