I also want to be able to hide the fields that the first party does not need to see and only the second party sees it

This can be achieved with the help of Condition Wizard and Form collapse to hide fields in group. Since the details you provided are limited, I just created a sample form.
Here's how it works:
So basically, a code needs to be entered first to view fields that should only be available for the second party.
Here's how I designed the form:
Every Form Collapse on the form is set to have a property of Visibility: hidden and Status: open.
And as for the conditions:
Please feel free to clone the form I have created using this guide: How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
Also, this would all be possible with the help of the "Edit Submission" link that will be included in the email notification that you will receive when the first party submits your form.
Clicking the Edit Submission link, will let you edit the submission's current answer and resubmit it after completing it.
I hope this helps. Should you need clarifications with any of the explanation mentioned above, please do not hesitate to let us know. Thank you.
