Images in the form submissions are not displayed and producing 404 error

I'm able to see that the images are being loaded on your JotForm. I notice that the images are being loaded from another form submissions. It seems that there is an issue with the links which needs to be redirected to Amazon services. I've checked the links with Amazon services and seems to be working fine. Could you please try replacing the links with using Amazon link as shown below :
