How to automatically show the score on the spreadsheet?

I am using QUIZ FORM app. It works very well.  When I checked the result in spreadsheet.  The scores and percentages were not showing at the end of the column.  It only displays the answers.  

Is there a way to show the scores/percentage?

Hi,

Though it would require a bit of alteration of your form, you could assign calculation values to your answers:

And total/adjust them using a calculation field:

This will give you a calculated total in the form that will be included in the spreadsheet of your submissions.
