I need to collect birth data for astrology reports and then payment via paypal (see screenshot).
But I don't get the email from jotforms - only the paypal notification to say I've received money.
Is this possible? - That the birth data is emailed to me from jotforms and the client is taken to paypal?

Ignore that question - I've just seen the INCOMPLETE PAYMENTS button! They need to be approved!

Am I correct in saying that if the payment was received then jotforms would send the data through ONLY if I have enabled IPN in paypal?
presume I use this if so:
Also what if I use the same paypal account for other things - then the IPN would be different?

Your 'incomplete payments' are for people who submit the form but fail to complete payment at Paypal. Only then will the form submittal be 'complete' and notifcations etc be sent.
Are you seeing anything at odds with that process?

Hi, thanks for the reply.
Even though the payement goes through we still have to manually approve them in jotform to get the data.
I presume this is because we haven't set up the IPN in paypal?

Yes, you need to enable IPN in your Paypal account. JotForm needs confirmation from Paypal that a user has completed payment before displaying payment data in your form's submission page and sending you an e-mail notification.
If you're still having problems even after enabling IPN, plese contact us immediately.
