Can I pay with credit card

I presume that you are asking if you can upgrade your account by using credit card, in which case, the answer is yes, yes you can.

To do that, all that you should do is to go to our pricing page: https://www.jotform.com/pricing and once there, you can select the plan that you wish to upgrade to and selecting the credit card option on the right (it should be selected by default):
