Hi,
I cloned your form to test it and the thank you page is working in my clone.
However, when I check your copy of the form, the thank you page does indeed show as blank:
I updated your submission page using the old interface and it does appear to be working now. I send a test submission through your form and was redirected to the correct page.
If you have any further issues with the thank you page, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
