How can I integrate my Paypal html source code into my form for payment?

    We are building a form for our team members to buy swim caps for their team.

    There are 5 cap options - each cap is $15.

    We want the paypal button option to be integrated into the site.

    You can not add the PayPal code to your form directly, but what you could do is to setup your form with PayPal integration which will take care of all code for you - including future changes by PayPal.
