I checked your account and indeed, it appears to be over its storage limits. If you register an account using the same email address you used to create the forms "email@example.com" and the forms should automatically be placed in your registered account. Since submissions cannot be viewed or deleted from Guest account, you would need to register an account prior to being able to do so. From the registered account you will be able to delete submissions in order to free up more space:
