want to try the plug in app from your site: http://reservation.jotform.io/
I click on the "Get Now" button and it takes me to the site mentioned. But when I try to use the "create reservation form" button, it appears to do nothing.
Am I doing something wrong?
Please help. if this form fits our needs, it would be a great plus for us!

Were you not able to see this screen?
Please make sure first that you were logged in to your account already before opening the URL http://reservation.jotform.io/ . Open the App on another browser tab.
Although it do ask for logged in confirmation also.
I was able to complete the creation of the Reservation Form

Follow this steps also
#1 Open browser in incognito mode.
#2 Login to your account at http://www.jotform.com/login
#3 Open new tab window and open this URL http://reservation.jotform.io/
#4 Look for the logged in confirmation screen of the App.
$5 Choose Allow.
#6 Start creating the Reservation Form.

Thank you for the information regarding the browser-based issue. I was also able to see this issue.
I will submit a bug ticket report to our higher team support so that they can check on it, and fix the issue.
For now, you may use another browser as is to be able to make the app work for you.
Wish that the design allowed for making it a little smaller or renumbering to match theater seating.
