Submission dowload error: not able to download upload files

Asked on October 15, 2015 at 1:39 PM

I need to download the uploads on one of our forms. It keeps failing to download submissions 0-100. How can this be resolved such that I can download a folder of all the uploads on our form (they are CV uploads) as a matter of urgency?

    Best,

    Cai

    Hello,

I am also having this issue. This is now in addition to the problem we are having with Dropbox integration (mentioned here). There are many files being uploaded with our competition form and it is a major inconvenience having to download each file individually to add to Dropbox for each submission, hence why having the full download option was a quicker way for us to remedy the situation while the Dropbox issue is being looked into. However now I cannot use it.

Is there any other way to export the files, in bulk, in the meantime?

To better assist everything I have moved your response to a new thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/683160 where we will be replying to you shortly and raising the same to our developers for inspection.

In regards to the file downloads in bulk, I would suggest taking a look here: Downloading File Uploads in the form using DownThemAll Mozilla Firefox Extension

This is using a third party plugin on Mozilla FireFox browser, but it is something that I would suggest as a good failsafe - in case other things are not working.

Another alternative is to use our File Downloader app, but this might be a bit too technical approach in which case the above mentioned guide is a better option to look into.

To confirm, this thread has already been raised and assigned to our developer who is looking into this issue, so the above are simply 2 options that might be used to download all files. I will also raise your post in your new thread so that our developers can look into it as well.
