Is this possible to change a Matrix field layout with conditions?

    I have a matrix with yes no being the column choices. I would like for a third column to show if yes is chosen. Is that possible?

    Unfortunately, there is no way to update the form fields on the fly. This is possible only to show/hide the entire fields and update their values based on the user selections.
