Check box not showing unchecked answers in submission?

ive recently been working on a form for my company that requires a rather lengthy check box of extinguishers that have been inspected, but the issue im having is in the submission its only showing the check boxes that have been checked and not giving any signs of the UNCHECKED boxes, to be clear I want the people viewing the submission to still be able to view the options that weren't checked in the submission, is there any way to do this not involving tying in each individual check box with a "no" condition?

Now to make them shown on your Submissions Page and in PDFs that are downloaded, all that you need to do is to make the Auto Hide Empty Fields box unchecked.

As soon as you do, you will see all of the details there :)

No sorry the form in question is the AP Plasman monthly form and the issue weve been having didn't appear to be solved by disabling this auto hide feature. what specifically were looking for is a way to make the unchecked answers of a check box field also appear in the submissions section. ive taken reference pictures of what were looking to achieve next to what were currently getting.

If I understand your concern correctly, you want to display the all the options in the check box field regardless if it is selected or not in the submission page. If this is the case, unfortunately, it is not possible since the submission page only displays the response/data the user has submitted. If you want, we can escalate a feature request for you for this issue. However, we cannot give you a time frame on when will this be implemented.
