    My form keeps going to a blank screen when complete - what setting do I use to make this go to my custom "Thank You" page???

    As described above, my tenant application page when completed goes to a blank screen.  I have looked and looked and can not figure out what setting it needs to be on!??!?  I understand the thank you message - but that does not seem to be working. Please advise!

    YEP - just tried it for the 5th time....even in Firefox and it still goes to blank page.  I have played with all the previous settings with the thank you page and the same thing - straight to a blank page.

    I just tested your form and was able to replicate the issue. 

    I will pass this to the development team and let them check your form's issue.  They will respond to this thread as soon as soon as this has been fixed.

    I'm getting reports of the same thing at my site (gnoproducts.com).  When I test it (from 6 different PC with different Browsers, it works fine.  But I have several users around the US that report they get a blank page and never receive the confirmation email.  

    What is the status of the investigation?

    Sorry - NOT FIXED!  Two applications were submitted and the system did not work correctly.  This is Strike Two - if if happens again - I'm Out.  I would rather pay 2x or 3x the money for a reliable form provider.  This is unacceptable.  When fully fixed - please get me an update.

    @Gnotometrics, It is most probably that your issue is different from this one. Could you please create a separate forum thread about your problem and include as much information as possible? We will be happy to help you.

    @Brad, Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences caused. This is the first time I see such a problem, and I can assure you that we will do our best in order to solve it. I have re-opened bug report ticket to our Next Level Technicians.

    We will update this thread once the new information will be available.

    In the meanwhile, you can Clone your Tenant Application form, and I hope it will not be affected with the bug.

    Ok. this turns out to be a dropbox problem. You apperently exceeded your dropbox limit and it returns an error and this error is missing on our dropbox API. We will fix this issue soon. thank you for your patience.
