Can we edit the attached submission PDF file?

Can we edit the attached .pdf? I'm trying to ask a series of questions in a form and format to email notification output a certain way (table containing the results)

Yes, you can customize the look and appearance of the attached PDF file of your submissions.

The easiest way to edit is to select which fields you would like to have included or excluded from the PDF of your submissions. you can do that by going to your submissions page, and clicking on the gear-shaped icon at the top right:

If you want to customize the appearance of your PDF files even further, you can do that by clicking on the Get PDF button on the submissions page, and selecting Customize PDF:

This will open up a PDF Designer, where you can re-position fields, change colors, and otherwise edit the appearance of the attached PDF files.
