I hit the "reply limit" and I read that this limit was 2 per hour?
After waiting until the next morning, I still cannot send replies. When will this reset?

That is correct, the limit is 2 replies per hour. Let me clear your form cache so that your account will be refreshed from our servers. Please log out then log back in to your account to get a new session and then try sending a reply again.

Thank you for responding. I logged out and back in and still cannot send replies. Please try the reset again.

It may be counting your attempts as replied. Though it should reset each hour. Give it a couple hours and see if it refreshes. If it does not, let us know and we will forward this to our developers to have a look.
