Form submission is not in my account

    I had an applicant submit a form on January 10, 2011.  I received the email notification but when I logged into my JotForm account, there is no record of the submission.  It's 6 days later and it is still not there.

    Hello,

    Can you check your submissions page by logging in to  https://secure.jotform.com if you can find your submissions there?  Also, may I ask if this is the only one submission that you can't find currently in your submissions page?

    Update: I checked your form further and noticed that there is only one submission so please disregard my questions. I will also pass this matter to the development team.

    We had a temporary replication problem between secure.jotform.com and www.jotform.com. You should see the entries now.
