Having trouble in receiving email notifications

    Are you saying that you are not receiving email notifications?

    I checked your email and it is not in the bounce list. I did a test submission and I saw that it was sent properly as per the mail logs.

    I checked the notification setup and I saw that the "Sender Email" is blank. Please set it to "noreply@jotform.com" or "noreply@formresponse.com". If the sender email is blank, your mail server will detect the message as a spam.
