Is it possible to upgrade my account for only 2-3 months?  or is it necessary to upgrade for a full year?

    thanks for your soonest response.

    Hi,

You have an option to upgrade or be charged on a monthly, yearly or bi-yearly basis.

If you choose monthly, you will be charged in a monthly basis, you can downgrade back to "Free" plan anytime.

Here's a guide that you can follow: http://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-upgrade-my-account. If you just want it for a specific number of months, you can downgrade anytime back to "Free" before the next billing date. Example, if you purchase a Bronze monthly plan today October 16, you will be charged $19 initially for the first 30 days/1 month of Bronze plan service, the next billing date will be on the 16th or 17th of the succeeding months, you can downgrade immediately after you upgrade or anytime before the next billing date so that your Bronze plan won't be extended for another month.

In your case, if you just want to have 2 months of Bronze plan, you need to perform or click the downgrade button to get back to "Free" plan before December 16th/17th (3rd month billing of your Bronze plan), so that your Bronze plan won't be extended for the 3rd month.

Here's a guide on how to downgrade: http://www.jotform.com/help/341-How-to-Downgrade-Subscription-back-to-Free-Account

Do let us know if you need more information on this.
