Why do some customers have troble accessing the form from the link on my site?

customers sometimes say the form will NOT load.  what is causing this?

I did check your webpage where you have embedded your form and did not find any issue with that. It seems to be embedded correctly and you should not have any trouble. I also checked your form's preferences as well and do not see any issue.

Can you please ask your customer and find out if they see any error message on form?
