I need to see only a limited amount of submission columns so i unchecked the ones i do not want to see. However, as soon as i do anything with the data, i.e. sort, etc, all the unchecked fields are checked again. This is not very practical and seems to be a mistake or malfunction.
Can you please look into this?

I did some testing on my end and any fields I excluded from the submission data stayed excluded unless I checked the box to include them again. Sorting the submissions, closing the submissions view, anything I tried retained the previous settings. I checked a couple of your forms and the settings were saved in those as well. They did not reset for any reason.
Try logging out of your account, clearing your browser cache, then logging back in to ensure you are fully logged in. The saving may not be saving properly.
