Did you actually insert a CAPTCHA field into the form? I'm asking this because what I'm seeing is a GlobalSign security image in the space where a CAPTCHA would normally go. If it that's what you are referring to, it will only be displayed at the form's secure URL.

    Please clarify.

I did but when it did not work I took it out - the only thing which was present was the text - 'please insert etc' but no image from which to copy the text? Andrew

When I just visited your web page, I saw a ReCAPTCHA field there, as evidenced by the following partial screenshot:

Are you able to see that too? If not, try clearing the browser's cache or using a different browser and let us know the result.

It might be related to your ISP or even your geographic location. Is there anyone in the New York/New Jersey area who you can ask to visit your page to see if they're experiencing the same problem?

Try changing the first part of your form's address in the said page from http://form.jotform.com/form/ to http://www.jotform.com/form/

When you went into the source of your page and changed http://form.jotform.com/form/jsform/20144436386 to http://www.jotform.com/form/jsform/20144436386 that made the whole form disappear?? That certainly ought not to be happening. Would you mind doing it again and letting us know when you've done it so that we can investigate?

There's a %20 just before the URL that ought not to be there. Remove it and everything should be fine. (%20 is the escape code for a space.)

If our Embed Form Wizard generated that %20, it's a bug that will need to be reported to our developers.

To get back the secure GlobalSign image, add an "s" to the "http" part of the form embed code:

    https://www.jotform.com/jsform/20144436386

That image is only displayed on the secure versions of forms. That's the reason for it: To reassure users that they're using a secure form.

As to getting the reCaptcha displayed, we'll try our best to resolve it but if we can't come up with a solution, would you be okay with using the regular Captcha?

    Andrew,

I have a feeling its only your PC that may be affected by this issue.

Its very difficult to work out whats going, maybe a firewall or some anti virus is blocking access to it.

Its a very odd and uncommon (actually this is a first!) problem.

When you are out and about, maybe you could try it on a different PC? it can be anywhere, just not one in your house :)
