Attaching files in the form submittedAsked by fundcapital on October 16, 2015 at 07:45 PM
We have a forms submitted before that whenever clients uploads their files and submit it, it will trigger to be integrated into solve I don't know why it stop doing that and I will really appreciate it if anyone can walk me through how to do it, just to let you know when i check the integration it's already integrated with solve360.
It's possible that the solve360 integration broke in your form, could you try removing the integration and re-integrate again? That should make sure that you'll get a fresh integration. If that doesn't work, please do let us know and we'll investigate it further, re-integration usually fixes this problem.
We'll wait for your response.
I have done doing the re-integration i'm able to see and click finish so i presume that's all i need to do to re-integrate solve however even if there is a form submitted we still can't see the application contact information after i have done several test to submit a form.
