Yesterday (16 october) apperently there was u failure, because the forms in my website didn't word for almost the complete day. I had to change several things in my website so that my custommers were abaible to reach me correctly etc.
I was not amused to see that you didn't informed me about this problem. I hope in the future you can sent your custommers immediately information about what happend and how long it is going to take before it is fixed again.

Apologies for the inconvenience.
Yesterday we have an issue with our CDN provider, causing some users to unable to load some of their forms properly, but it was fixed yesterday as soon as we received similar reports from other users. You can contact us as soon as there's a problem on your forms.
You can also check the status of JotForm in this link: http://jotformstatus.com/. There are also news there if there's a serious downtime in our service.
