    Hi Katya,

I'm checking your account, I see you are in guest account. I would recommend signing up an account to us so that you can fully utilized our form builder.

I checked your form here http://www.jotform.com/52875652421155 and I see that the styling in the form is different in the screenshot you provided, I presume you have embedded the form in your website or on a different platform? Could you please provide us the link to your website where the form is embedded? Or more details on how you are embedding it?

Here are some guides that might help:

You can also try style your form using the Form Designer Tool and custom CSS codes.

    I hope that helps.

    Hi,

Thank you for your message. I haven't yet launched my website so I cannot provide you with the link as the files are still local to my computer. I am simply copy and pasting the link with the <script> tags around it and pasting that into my HTML. Is there some way I should be formatting this further? In my CSS developer? Should I have jquery open while I do this?

    Thank you,

    Katya
