Still Got Billed after requesting Cancellation of PayPal Subscription

    It appears that the account downgrade I requested was not processed.  I have since been billed for another month of usage.  Please downgrade my account and credit me the one month fee.

    I see you previously requested the cancellation of your Paypal Subscription but still got charged for another month of service.

    This happened because the request was not met in time by our billing team which can take several days since there is no way for us to automate it on our end which is why you are queued for us to cancel it.

    Generally, it is recommended to cancel the subscription from within your own paypal account on your end to prevent this from happening which will complete the process more effectively.

    Additionally, we do apologize that you got charged again before we could handle it for you. I have added your request for a refund to our refund queue which will take a few days to process and if approved it will be credited back to you into your bank account shortly after.
